Tell Congress: Don't Take Away Our Health Care
It’s easy to forget how bad things were before we passed the Affordable Care Act. But six years ago, almost half of all Americans were at risk of being denied access to health care because of pre-existing conditions. Insurance companies could deny coverage to children with cancer.
Millions of young adults left college with no way to afford insurance. Families couldn’t get coverage for preventive cancer screenings. And insurance companies spent inordinate proportions of our health premiums on marketing, administration, and CEO salaries instead of actual care.
We can’t go back to that broken system. Our right to affordable health care should not fall victim to Washington’s partisan politics.
Add your name to tell Congress: don’t play politics with our health care coverage. We won’t go back to the way things were before the ACA.
