Demand Parents face charges for giving guns to children who have not gone through safety classes or proper training

This person gave a gun to this child who is to young to hold a gun even in the supervision of a adult all it takes is for that child to shoot himself or someone else.I would like tougher laws to charge parents for letting any child handle a gun without proper gun training and safety classes.
