A criminal proceeding is initiated by the government, usually through the U.S. attorney's office in coordination with a law enforcement agency. Allegations of criminal behavior should be brought to local police, the FBI, or other appropriate law enforcement agency.

We, The Undersigned Citizens of The United States of America, hereby make a citizens' arrest of The President of the United States.  We call upon The Chief of Police of Washington, The District of Columbia, Charles H. Ramsey, to act according to United States Law to the fullest of his authority in following through with our arrest and conducting a full and thorough investigation of the above.

We thank the Chief for his time, attention, and action.

Sincerely,

The Undersigned
