Farm Animal Abuse so bad the Department of Agriculture has declared a "State of Emergency" The 98 starving horses were known about last Thursday, 01/31/07, The Dept of Ag showed up on Tuesday, 02/01/07, and they were finally moved on Wed. 02/02/07. As of today, 02/02/07 no arrests have been made.
Why are we being asked to help donate money to feed millionaire's horses? The Pike County Farm owners are Roger Prater and his wife Bobbie Allison who are millionaires, live in a 10,000 square foot home, and own a feed store, plus 2 or 3 other farms.  They also got over $64,000 in USDA farm subsidy money (web site proof at bottom) That Pike County Sheriff Neal lives across the street and never noticed any starving animals?
