Support lawsuits against Louisiana’s new law mandating display of the Ten Commandments in classrooms

Louisiana's Republican Governor Jeff Landry just signed a law requiring the Ten Commandments be displayed in every classroom in the state.

This is dangerous and unconstitutional. We do not live in a theocracy – and the founders were very clear about the need for separation of church and state! We cannot stand by and let the state push a specific religion in public  schools.

Thankfully, civil rights groups including the ACLU immediately fought back, filing lawsuits against the bill. We need to show our support for these lawsuits and send a message loud and clear across the country that laws like this one will not stand.
