Stop Doctors from Prescribing Animal Leather Waste and Puffer Fish

Doctors in India are now justifying and benefiting from the leather industry and the killing of sea life. Chennai doctors have started using animal bones, fur, and puffer fish skin for medicinal use such as bandages and bone grafts.
This can only help environmental destruction and animal cruelty. Millions of animals are killed and skinned alive to make "fur fashion" and other animal accessories. A leading supplier of leather, India produces 230 million meters of hides and skins annually, releasing numerous toxic chemicals into the air and water.
The only way to lower the supply and demand for industries who rely on animal torture and overfishing is by discouraging it. Using animal waste from chemical-heavy factories for health is not only unsafe, it does nothing but help sustain the killing of animals for leather and endanger fish populations.
Urge the Indian and Chennai officials to stop the use of animal waste and puffer fish by doctors. Supporting the use of animal waste is only a step backwards in improving animal rights and hazardous industries.

I am appalled by the recent use of animal waste and puffer fish by doctors in Chennai. Not only is the animal waste from leather factories highly toxic for medicinal use, but this would only help encourage and justify animal cruelty and overfishing.
Millions of animals are tortured and killed annually in India for the sell of fur, clothing, and other accessories. These industries already release dangerous chemicals into our air and waters.
Now, doctors are encouraging the use of animal waste and supporting the leather industries. This has to stop, or environmental destruction, animal cruelty, and overfishing will prevail in India.
