Appealing the Ban of E-vay

Hello,

My name is Alex Lloyd (aka One-True-Lloyd). E-vay has recently been banned for "post-block harassment." However, I believe that she has been banned unfairly.

She received a message stating she had been banned for harassing somebody who she had blocked. However she blocked them because she felt they were benefitting from her work. They had not necessarily been stealing her artwork, but they had stolen several of her designs that she had created and they were claiming it as their own. She did not want them to have access to her characters or designs so she blocked them. She even contacted the DeviantART help desk in order to see if she could block this person from accessing her gallery entirely.

Someone close to her then contacted them and said that he would report the artist for art theft, but E-vay herself did not contact the person after she had blocked them.

She is more than willing to provide evidence to prove her innocence through notes and messages on DeviantART. However, so far we have received no word that anyone is even paying attention to our case and the DeviantART staff has not looked into this situation. Even if she does not get the ban lifted, her gallery on DeviantART contains 5 years worth of her artwork and the ban is preventing her from accessing it. She would like the opportunity to recover her artwork and remove it from the site if lifting the ban is out of the question.

Thank you,
Alex Lloyd (and E-vay)

Dear DeviantART Moderators and Admins,

Recently a devoted and loyal member of the dA community was banned for a reason that was unjust and unreasonable. Username E-vay has been banned for allegedly harrassing another user who was stealing her work and passing it off as her own. E-vay said nothing to this user but someone close to her spoke on her behalf and this has resulted in E-vay becoming the victim of a harsh and unjust sentace.

She has been a keen member of dA for the last 5 years and the past 5 years of her artistic life are on deviantART and now she no longer has access to all of her work. Even ifyou will  not reverse the ban on an innocent member of your website we hope you will at least allow her time to collect her artwork so she can more on.

Thank you for your consideration,

Alex Lloyd
