HELP SAVE AND PROTECT ALL DOGS IN THE UK SIGN HERE

THOUSANDS OF INNOCENT DOGS AND PUPPIES ARE PUT DOWN EVERYDAY HERE IN THE UK DUE TO PUPPY FARMING / OVERBREEDING /BEING TRAINED TO DOG FIGHT / CRUELTY / NEGLECT AND UNFAIR BSL. WE NEED A REVIEW OF ALL CANINE LAWS IN ORDER TO SAVE AND PROTECT THESE INNOCENT ANIMALS WHOSE BRAIN IS NEVER OLDER THAN THAT OF A 3YR OLD HUMAN CHILD. PLEASE SIGN!  (Proposal below)

PETITION FOR SAFETY AND PROTECTION OF ALL BREEDS AND AGE OF CANINE IN THE UK

We the undersigned ask that all United Kingdom canine laws be reviewed by HIS RT HON OWEN PATERSON MP,  DEFRA’S SUPERVISORY BOARD AND ANY OTHER GOVERNING BODY RESPONSIBLE FOR CANINE LAW IN THE UK.

This we ask in order to protect the health, wellbeing and lives of all canine animals in the UK. In order to achieve this we propose that the following be included in canine law throughout the UK and any fines and licence fees be used to help fund such Laws.

We ask that all UK CANINE laws be reviewed to include:

1. That every canine (regardless of breed or age) by law be licenced. 

2. That every canine (regardless of breed or age) by law be micro-chipped.
3. That every canine (regardless of breed or age) by law be vet checked annually.
4. That every canine breeder (regardless of breed/crossbreed) by law be licenced.
5. That every canine (regardless of breed or age) sold or given freely away by law be registered by both owner /breeder and new owner.
6. That Breed Specific Legislation be abolished and replaced lawfully instead with any canine regardless of breed or age will be named as dangerous due to the dangerous deed committed.
7. That all owners of such dangerous canine( regardless of breed or age) be lawfully held responsible (unless otherwise medically proven different) of neglecting to train their canine to a reasonable standard, instead allowing the canine to become a danger to humans or other animals.
8. That all canine (regardless of breed or age) fighting be lawfully banned.
9. That all canine breeding farms (regardless of breed) be lawfully banned.
10. That all fines or punishments for those laws already in force and those proposed above reflect the fact that all canine brains are never wiser than that of a three year old human child (regardless of breed or age) and therefore need protection and care from their owner.
11. That all fines or punishments for canine fighting and creating a dangerous canine (deliberately or due to owners neglect of canine, unless medically proven otherwise) reflect the fact that the canine brain is never wiser than that of a three year old human child and therefore the canine will have been taken advantage of trained and mislead (unless medically proven otherwise) in order to become dangerous.
