Pledge to Boycott Costa Rican tourism until they stop killing sharks for the purposes of finning

On one hand Costa Rica markets themselves as an eco tourism destination, while at the same time housing one of the worlds largest Shark Finning industries.  This is Cognitive Dissonance at its best.  These two possitions cannot exist at the same time. Costa Rica must end its shak finning industry or risk losing it's tourist industry.
