Cruel man tying his neck dog behind his vehicle and driving around town until he passed away in Ohio. The tiny pooch is able to keep up the pace at first, but as the car speeds up, he fails to keep up the pace. The helpless animal tries to get up and somehow regroup himself, but to no avail.
Following several calls to the local police, the driver is eventually stopped. The dog, unfortunately, did not make it out of the journey and passed away in the middle of the street. Several people approached the driver, demanding an explanation, but police intervened and booked the callous owner. Please sign to get Ohio Police to lay charges on owner for this offense.
