Demand a clean economy which is based on what measure of money

How can we clean money, described by God as the unrighteous and uncertain riches. God also asks each of us to make friends by means of the unrighteous riches, "which are not yours". To make friends I think that men and women everywhere would make friends by faithfulness of cleaning the earth of money, making none like atomic weapons, the ideal number for God and man and the earth he has given to us
