Unchain, Untether all County Dogs in the State of Kentucky!

Right now due to animal welfare laws that only treat city dogs with respect, our county dogs go ignored without the same kind of treatment they deserve! Both the City and the County should have the same animal welfare laws. It's only right that all dogs, no matter where they live, are treated with the same respect and care. As you can see from this website https://www.animallaw.info/topic/table-state-dog-tether-laws Kentucky has no regulations when it comes to chains and tethers nor chained animals and pronged collars, nor chain collars, and choke collars. Please Kentucky and anyone who can start a foundation that raises money for the gifting of yard fencing to low-income homes with pets, PLEASE DO SO.
