Bring back performing arts for six formers!

Many of the new six formers would like to take performing arts like music, dance or drama however many school are change of the courses to other things. However if people wanted to take those subjects they would have to go straight to college which they may not have wanted to straight away, I feel like if schools bring back the performing arts courses then more people would stay for six form. Bringing back performing arts for sixth form students in schools is vital for fostering creativity, self-expression, and personal growth. Engaging in performing arts, such as drama, music, and dance, provides students with a platform to explore their talents, build confidence, and develop essential skills like teamwork and communication. These artistic disciplines offer a unique outlet for students to express themselves, develop empathy, and enhance their emotional intelligence. Moreover, participating in performing arts can cultivate a sense of community and belonging among students, creating a supportive environment that encourages collaboration and innovation. Therefore, reintroducing performing arts in sixth form education can enrich students' educational experience and contribute to their holistic development.
