Legalize the Use of Underglow on Public Roads

Underglow is a form of ground effects on automobiles. It is considered to be a distraction while on the road, but the most distracting things about having them are the blinding police lights that pull over vehicles equipped with these personalizations.

Say there are three vehicles pulled up beside each other at an intersection. The middle car being a normal commuter, the car on the left has it's underglow on, and the car on the right being a very exotic, street-legal supercar. Which vehicle is going to pose a bigger distraction to the driver in the middle? The point is this: there are way more distracting things than underbody auxiliary lighting on the road that ARE legal.

By signing this petition, we as a nation can be free to show our colors on the road, express the liberty of old-school personalization, and can make the streets at night light up with beautiful ambient auras without interference of blinding police lights and ridiculous traffic violations.
