Tom Corbett, Governor: Ban Micheal Vick from ever owning or possessing any animals.

Micheal Vick has expressed interest on national television in obtaining a new dog. Micheal Vick has been found guilty of dog fighting and his horrible brutality toward animals in the past is well known and documented. While he has served time for some of his transgressions, sources such as the ASPCA feel he has not rehabilitated and should not own animals. This is what they had to say to TMZ:

"Vick’s journey toward rehabilitation and redemption has not reflected any direct concern for the wellbeing of animals, and we’ve never heard him express a shred of empathy toward the dogs he brutalized and killed," the ASPCA tells TMZ.
