K-9 death in Police Patrol Car

• I want everyone to read this and make their own decision.  This preventable death of Spartacus a 3 year old Belgain Malinois K-9 Dog left in a patrol car by his partner, Policeman Chad Berry..  There was an investigation that revealed that no intention to cause harm was done - wait a minute - he is dead!!  Mr. Berry, for Spartacus's life, got a fine of $325.00, removed from K-9 to Traffic Unit, 10 days without pay.  This punshiment is not nearly enough for the life of Spartacus who died of a heat stroke.  I would like to see him removed from the force and labled as a animal abuser.  Mr. Berry is a police office with a job to protect - I would like see a law that punished anyone who leaves their animals in a hot car be removed from their care, a huge fine and listed as an animal abuser.  There is no reason for this to happen and Woodstock Police seem to take this so lightly.  I hope to get enough signatures to present to them and show them how the public feels about Mr. Berry and most of all Spartacus.  Thanks for all who will sign this petition.
