I Kevin M. Thomas am asking all who have watched or who currently watch pro wrestling/sports entertainment to sign this petition to get one of the premiere all time greatest of the great who has ever stepped into the squared circle, and that is Macho Man Randy Savage along with Miss Elizabeth. Both have had their impact on pro wrestling in a positive way. The following paragraphs will highlight their legendary careers covering most of their defining moments in the world of professional wrestling that make them worthy of being inducted into World Wrestling Entertainment's Hall Of Fame.

Randy Savage and Elizabeth both had great careers in the world of professional wrestling/sports entertainment, most notable in World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE/WWF) and with World Championship Wrestling (WCW). While starting out wrestling in the south in the territory system he already started winning multiple championships.

As he moved onto World Wrestling Entertainment in 1985 he contined on with his winning ways while having his wife at the time Elizabeth Hulette at his side who went by the name Miss Elizabeth. At that time the only female talent in the WWE were those who wrestled. Having a woman who was a manager was unheared of at that time. It was innovative and groundbreaking.Within his first his first 8 months of being there Savage had won the Intercontinental Championship by defeating Tito Santana. He also had several matches with Hulk Hogan who was the WWE Champion, winning them by count out but also establishing himself as top tier talent within the company and the the professional wrestling/sports entertainment industry. He had a fued with George "The Animal" Steele that led into Savage fueding with Ricky "The Dragon" Steamboat. Savage and Steamboat went on to have what many people still say to this very day the greatest match in professional wrestling/sports entertainment history at Wrestlemania 3. The performance by Savage in the match gained the the admiration and respect of all fans which led to Savage having a face turn in mid 1987 and alligned himself with Hulk Hogan forming the MegaPowers furthering his face turn.

He then rode this momentum into Wrestlemania 4 in 1988. It was there where Randy Savage won the WWE Championship for the first time. On that night Randy Savage defeated 4 people to become champion. Back to back years Savage had stellar performances at Wrestlemania which had many people seeing him as just as big as a talent as Hulk Hogan. 1988 was the year Macho Madness began to skyrocket and dominate the WWE. In early 1989 Savage turned heel and had a match at Wrestlemania 5 against Hulk Hogan where he dropped the title to Hogan, but still was one of the top men in the company and the industry as a whole.  Savage that year fueded with Hogan off and on for the WWE Championship and on screen  dropped Elizabeth as his manager and went with Sennsational Sherri (Sherri Martel). Savage went on to defeat "Hacksaw" Jim Dugan to become King Of WWE, thus becoming Macho King Randy Savage. In early 1990 on an episode of The Main Event Savage and Hogan had a blow off match for the WWE Championship to put an end to their fued in WWE with Hogan deafeating him and then getting knocked out by Special Guest Referee James "Buster" Douglass after the match.

During this time Elizabeth had not been seen on screen since Summerslam 1989 when Brutus Beefcake and Hulk Hogan defeated Macho Man Randy Savage and Zeus in a tag team match. She would reemerge at Wrestlemania 6 in the corner of Dusty Rhodes and Sapphire as they faced off against Macho King Randy Savage and Queen Sherri. Savage and Sherri were defeated in this mixed tag team match and it would be last time we would all see her again. Later on in 1990 Savage would begin a fued with the then WWE Champion Ultimate Warrior. Savage would then cost Warrior the title at Royal Rumble 1991 by helping Sgt. Slaughter defeat him which would lead to the classic Career vs Career match at Wrestlemania 7. Once again Savage put on one of his greatest performances with Ultimate Warrior. Savage showed in this match why he is what he says he which is he is the greatest of the great making Warrior have to work to get the victory. In the end Warrior won but not without having to go to a level that Savage made him raise up to in order to get the W. After the match an enraged Sherri began to attack Savage which upset the crowd in attendace. Suddenly out of the crowd Miss Elizabeth came to aid Savage and did something no one had ever seen her do in her career up that point. She physically fended of Sherri to protect Savage. They had reunited on screen and with that moment became one of the greatest Wrestlemania moments of all time.

Later in 1991 Savage and Elizabeth renewed their vows to each other at Madison Square Garden at SummerSlam being touted as the Match Made In Heaven. It was at the wedding reception a then heel Jake "The Snake" Roberts along with a heel Undertaker crashed the party attacked Savage. Savage pettioned to the fans to have him return to active competion and it was granted. Savage returned to defend the honor of Miss Elizabeth after Jake Roberts had done several vile and humilating acts against the coulple. This fued came to a head on an episode of Saturday Night's Main Event in January 1992 where Savage got the victory.

Savage then went on to main event Wrestlemania 8 in a WWE Championship match against Ric Flair where he won his second WWE Championship. After that he had a match at Summerslam defending the title against a returning Ultimate Warrior with Warrior winning by count out. At the end of the summer of '92 Savage had lost the title to Flair due to outside interferance by Razor Ramon. This led to a tag team match at Survivor Series with Razor Ramon and Ric Flair against Randy Savage and a face turning Mr. Perfect. Savage and Perfect got the victory in that match.

Savage's next notable rivalary in the WWE began in late 1993 when Crush had turned heel and attacked him on an episode of Monday Night Raw. This led to Randy Savage's final Wrestlemania match which was at Wrestlmania 10 at Madison Square Garden Garden in 1994. It was a Falls Count Anywhere Match. Savage had got the when convincingly in this match and amazed those in attendance and around the world as only he could.

Later on in 1994 he would leave WWE to go to WCW to join up with friend Hulk Hogan to continue on his career. There he won the WCW Championship on four separate occasions. He also was apart of one the groups that changed the landscape of professional wrestling/sports entertainment, the New World Order.

Elizabeth came back to wrestling in 1996 with WCW and worked alongside Savage as his manager off and on. She also worked with Hulk Hogan, Ric Flair and Lex Luger. Elizabeth was one of the first women in wrestling to let people know that women were more than just pretty faces who walked their male counterparts to the ring. With few words said in her early beginings with Savage in WWE, her mere presance spoke very loud.  Her showing devotion and loyalty to Randy Savage along with how she carried herself show a tremendous amount of class and to many young girls around the world was a role model for conducting herself as a lady. Thus her being dubbed as "The First Lady Of Professional Wrestling" which she rightfully deserved.

When it comes to being a one of a kind talent in the ring telling a story with his matches, being captivating as well as highly charismatic on doing interviews and being great to all of his fans there are a small few that can be held in the same light as Randy Savage.Elizabeth is true to the nickname she was given, that is a true lady. She helped set the standard women in pro wrestling/sports entertainment today. Randy Savage and Elizbeth Hulette's contributions to WWE and professional wrestling/sports entertainment as a whole need to be acknowledged in the way they should be rightfully observed. I am not talking about just making a DVD that highlight this or a video package to be airred on WWE programing, but to be inducted into the WWE Hall Of Fame. This is an achievement that should have been given to both of these great individuals a long time ago as they are truly deserving of this honor for acknowledging the great careers they had collectively and as individuals. Regardless of whatever happened off camera with management with WWE officials, they need to be placed into the WWE Hall Of Fame. Any true fan of wrestling will say the same thing and will not say a negative thing about Randy Savage and Elizabeth being placed into the WWE Hall Of Fame together or as individuals. As a fan of both I would greatly appriciate all who view this pettion to who feel the same as I do about this to sign it. After signing it tell all those that you know to sign it so that we can let our collective voices be heard by those who work at World Wrestling Entertainment to let them know that we want to see these great legendary performers get the ultimate honor in the inustry of professional wrestling/sports entertainment that they rightfully deserve. That is to be inducted into the WWE Hall Of Fame.
