Acknowledge Pets as part of the Family

For too long, people have had to use "annual leave" whenever their pet(s) passed away or needed to be taken to the vet / cared for at home etc...

For many people, losing a pet is just as (and sometimes even more) painful as losing a human relative or friend. Just because they are not human, does not make them any less a part of someone's family or less important.

Please acknowledge pets as part of the family and allow people to use "Care Giver", "Bereavement" leave etc... the same as people with "human" dependants are able too.
