video evidence shows that a woman who owned a Pennsylvania horse training facility was horrifically abusing and neglecting the animals there.
According to one horse owner who learned about the abuses, the trainer "would just smack them [the horses] and beat them and run them into the ground until they could hardly breathe."

On top of that, the training facilities apparently failed to provide food or water to many of the animals, or even to clean their stables. Authorities found multiple animals stuffed into overcrowded quarters, filled with piles of old feces.
One of the horse owners who rescued her animal from the facility says her horse became malnourished and contracted an eye infection that may result in her animal losing an eyeball.
Authorities have since charged this horse training with animal cruelty, but horse owners in Pennsylvania want to make sure that she never works or lives with an animal ever again.
