Tied to the point she slowley choked and suffered terribly ,
Again at the hands of those who treat an animal with such disregard ,

This City needs to hire more officers and have a special task force To enforce the law ,To prosecute to the full extent .No agenda only a plea for JUSTICE .It becomes apparent that the Elected Officials seem to look the other way when it comes to animal welfare .That our laws are grossly lax .And again our Judges seem not to care New laws must be made .
Until our City acts in a responsible manner nothing will ever be done .That is from those that are elected to the very citizens
