Request for Refund for Maverick Kingdom Tour Meet and Greet in Harare

We are writing to express our extreme disappointment and frustration regarding the Maverick Kingdom concert held in Harare. We purchased tickets that included a meet and greet, a privilege we paid a premium forgot $100 Despite this, we were denied the opportunity to meet the artists.

We consider this a clear case of fraud and demand an immediate refund for the amount paid for the meet and greet portion of the ticket.
