!!Help Make it Illegal to Debark a Dog in Nebraska!!

One reason that debarking a dog is cruel is that when you debark a dog is like taking their voice, so they can't communicate with other dogs or animals. The next reason is that people debark dogs just because they're too lazy or busy to train their dogs. The last reason is that debarking is so painful to the dog that they need a general gas anesthesia and analgesia (pain killers). DO NOT SUPPORT THIS TERRIBLE ACTION!!!!
