Ban Shock Collars for Dogs

The administration of trainingyourpuppy.net are calling for a vote to ban shock collars in all of the United States.
The use of shock collars is not humane to animals! Hundreds of confirmed cases of injury to dogs attest to this. Numerous studies have shown that taser collars are psychologically damaging to dogs. So we oppose the production and sale of these devices in the United States.
Many countries, such as Sweden, Finland, and Germany, have long banned shock collars. Why does this lawlessness continue in the U.S.?
