Stop Ligma Disease

Ligma has been plaguing Africa, and Asia, and has killed up to 10,000 people over the month of July. I am concerned about Ligma because it might spread to other parts of the Earth and kill more people. I want the World Health Organization to recognize this disease as a threat to humanity
