Meet Chester, a gentle kitten whose paws and head were duct taped, and was then thrown over a 2nd story window by a 17-year-old sadistic juvenile. Heather Tsarnas, the humane agent had this to say, "He had no remorse what so ever. He thought it was funny that he did it. He just said he didn't like the cat, so that's why he did it."
