BSL is Dogshit! Punish the deed not the breed

Any dog can attack regardless of what breed it is. Responsibility should be placed more on the owner and not what the breed of the dog is for attacks that occur. Currently local bodies focus on classifying dogs as "menacing" based on an appearance and not on the temperament and history of each individual dog. This blanket procedure sees many good dogs classified despite having great natures.
