Please sign and share this petition everywhere in an effort to get this horrible man fully accountable for the 200 dead dogs that have been found on his property. He needs to be punished with the harshest penalty allowed by law and never allow him to ever own another animal the rest of his abusive life!!

In Goose Creek, SC, the remains of 200 dogs were found on the property of Loney Garrett, along with forty-five others that were rescued. Of all the dogs removed from this guy’s home area, only two of them were able to find new, loving homes. One of the new owners stated that "It was hard to hear about the case but then when I actually had one of the dogs it hit home a little harder and it is heartbreaking."

Buddy was one of the rescued dogs whose new mom said "He was rescued and was severely underweight, he had an issue with his eye and his eye had to be removed, he doesn't seem to mind." This now happy dog was one of many dogs found in ill health on Mr. Garrett’s property, charged with several counts of felony animal cruelty. However, this monster is walking around after posting bond and who knows when he will go to trial!!!

These types of cases seem to take forever to go to trial and often times people guilty of animal abuse and cruelty only face misdemeanor charges that comes with minimal fines and jail time. What a horrifying case with more than 200 dogs lives affected by this abuser. He deserves the harshest punishment, jail time and stiff fines for all the counts of abuse and cruelty to all these animals, and never be allowed to own or be near another animal as long as he lives!!! Please sign and share this petition everywhere in an effort to get this horrible man fully accountable for the 200 dead dogs that have been found on his property and never be allowed to own another animal ever!!

Goose Creek, SC Judicial System – Please take all the evidence presented by the Humane Society and others involved in the animal abuse case of Loney Garrett and throw the book at such a person who thinks it is acceptable to harm and abuse defenseless creatures. He should be charged with one felony count for each and every dog that was discovered, dead or abusively alive, on his property, receiving the harshest punishment allowed by law. He should also be banned from ever owning or even coming within a hundred feet of another animal the rest of his life!! This is an abusive man and deserves to be punished severely; gaining some type of justice for all the animals he cruelly treated.
