Stop Puppy Mills in NC

Man has a responsibility to take good care of animals that they breed to sale, especially dogs who are loving and trusting and have no voice to speak for themselves. When bred improperly they pass on diseases, genetic imperfections, nutritional deficienses.  Those who do not practice proper guidelines need to be shutdown immediately. Please pass this Bill through the Senate ASAP!
