Demand that a nationwide registry be created for animal abusers!

There are many animal abusers who once they torture or kill their pet go to animal shelter and get another! Just like getting a background check to own a gun, there should be a background check on own another animal!
Animal rights are just as important as human rights, except that animals have no voice; except for those of us that value the lives of all animals. Please sign and demand a change in our animal laws. Thank you.
