Stop the Killing of Stray Dogs in Hebron, Palestine

Mayor Tayseer Abu Sneineh of Hebron, Palestine, issued a bounty on stray dogs in the Hebron area as a solution to the overpopulation of stray dogs in the city. Telling the citizens that they would receive a $5 reward for every dog they killed. Tell the mayor of Hebron that killing dogs is not the solution to overpopulation but spaying and neutering is the only ethical way to treat the problem.
