I am petitioning as many porn sites as possible, and who will listen with your support, to change "shemale" and "tranny" porn to "transwomen." The reason? The word shemale is actually extremly emotionally damaging to MOST transwomen. While some, mainly those in porn, tragically allow themselves to have their own identitys demeaned, MOST transwomen are NOT ok with these words. We need to stand up to big porn sites and tell them this is damaging and we want a change, because it is long overdue. Most peoples first and sometimes only knowledge of what a transwoman even IS, is sadly from porn, and from this they carry on those words and way of thinking; sheMALE. We need to fight for a change on these sites so more and more people know that they are not sheMALES they are transWOMEN. As the picture above from a popular meme even shows, the word shemale itself is confusing to people and causes people who usually arent even trying to be harmful or offensive to become just that. The full picture says "is a shemale a man with boobs or a woman with a dick." The best answer to this really is usually a woman with a, to be blunt like them, dick. However some transwomen who are lucky enough to afford sexual reasignment surgery no longer have one, so this isnt even truely correct. This word is extremly damaging and detrimental to transwomens rights and only futhers them from a world were people will just KNOW that, of course, they ONLY want female pronouns, not to be reminded over and over of their biological gender. This can cause them to extreme depression and even suicide. I wont stand for this and neither should you. Please sign and share this, so we may make life, that is already hard enough for transwomen with all the gender disphoria, fear, discrimination, and torment they already must face. They need OUR voice to speak for them, because many DON'T even fight for their own rights, because even being told they are a TRANSwoman is hard enough and triggering. But alas, transwomen is always better, even to them then sheMALE. Please pass it on.
