Ban the commercial sale of non rescued animals in Winchester and Frederick County,Va.

Animal sales at commercial stores encourage puppy and kitten mills.Local rescue shelter pets should be the only option for sale.This could reduce over population and having to put down perfectly healthy animals.I am an animal lover and a rescue owner of 6 pets from local shelters.Please help to make a difference.I believe Petsmart and Petco etc.would want to help solve this animal crisis.
