The Governor of AZ: Animal cruelty is no joking matter

A kitten was buried alive up to its neck in a pipe filled with concrete. Despite the best efforts of rescuers, the cat died later than day.
The cat was found on the property of a former member of the Fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
The sheriff of Colorado City, AZ callously commented that " if it was up to him, he'd just throw dirt on it [the cat].

It's time to hold animal abusers accountable for their actions.  Let's tell Governor Brewer to crack down on animal abusers.
