Help shut down the homophobic, and racist Minecraft Server Mineplex.com

Hello, My name is Jonathan, and I have been bullied on Mineplex along with others. Mineplex hasn't given any help to the cyber-bullying problem. The staff members on Mineplex don't care at all! I want this server to simply just go away. The people on mineplex dont care about anything, IT IS RUN BY KIDS FOR ONE THING! They might be able to help with some problems, but nothing else! If you could help me to get rid of this problem once and for all, I would grately appreictate it. Thank You for your support!
