Create an animal abuse registry in Alberta!

We are the only voice of the animals that are our privilege to own. They are supposed to bring us comfort and companionship. Certain people prefer to use them as living punching bags, in order to vent whatever frustrations they have. These people are not only dangerous but in need of mental help. A registry of animal abuse won't only protect animals, but it will be a good indicator for other violent crimes committed on people. It is well known that many murderers started by torturing animals.. So please sign my petition.
