Earlier this month, officials found
35 dogs living in abysmal conditions in Delaware. The poor animals were literally trapped in their own feces - as well as trash and other debris - when authorities arrived. But the dogs' owner could not be found, so police issued a warrant for his arrest.

This means the man and his wife are responsible for abusing and neglecting nearly 50 dogs in total.Clearly, these people should never be allowed to own another animal again in the future, period. But as of right now, their possible prohibition from owning or possessing animals is pending the outcome of the case.
