One night my sister was heading home from a friend's house, minding her own business and playing a game on her cell phone when a stranger walked up to her and began forcibly sexually touching her breasts, buttocks and vagina. She told him to stop, and when he didn't, she pushed him away. He got angry, took her cell phone and held her down while he was on the phone with 911 falsely reporting that she robbed $400 dollars from him. When the police arrived and searched her they found only $40, which they gave to her attacker along with her cell phone. As a result, she is now in federal custody and has been ordered to be deported to a country she is not familiar with. Since she only has a green card the immigration officials took advantage of her after she was wrongfully accused of a crime.
