Conifer's Erie Harbor Design Disaster
We, the petitioners, support the Erie Harbor Project located at 225-405 Mt. Hope Avenue, but reject the current design being considered by Conifer Realty, LLC.
We are requesting that consideration of all public funding cease until a design is presented which is in alignment with neighboring architecture, is built with quality materials, detail, and workmanship, and is one in which we can have pride in for many years to come.
As residents, we demand and deserve a design fitting with the immense significance of one of Rochester's highest profile building sites.
The Rochester, NY community deserves better!
Please review the attached petition which shows widespread community opposition to the current Erie Harbor project design in Rochester, N.Y. which is slated for development along the Genesee River by Conifer Realty, LLC. Rochester's City Council members continue to approve funding for this project with little or no community support.
As our elected officials, we urge you to support our initiative and assist us in changing this project design before it becomes an unacceptable and unsupported reality.
