100,000 to Save the Orangutans!

Around 1,000 orangutans are being killed every year for illegal trade, and despite the fact that it has been illegal to hunt or trade orangutans since 1931, less than 10% of people discovered with illegal possession of oranguatans have been prosecuted.  Additionally, around 90% of these magnificent apes have been wiped out over the last century due to intensive logging of their natural habitat.  Sign this petition to raise awareness of the troubles of the orangutan and play your part in making this world a better place for all of us!
