As an advocate and your constituent, I urge you to support the critical programs that can help kids and their families survive.
U.S. leadership has given millions of children the opportunity to grow up healthy, well-nourished, protected and educated. In countries where we've prioritized basic health care systems for mothers and kids, for example, child deaths have dropped 55% since 2000.
This is just one way in which our country does good around the world. Ensuring children everywhere have the promise of a brighter future sets the stage for a more prosperous and stable tomorrow.
With famine sweeping across Sudan, war raging in Ukraine and families in Lebanon and Syria fighting for their lives, we must protect the world's most vulnerable children.
