Grand Traverse County WANTS ANIMAL CONTROL.

Animal control is a needed Department in ALL communities. As of January 2016 Grand Traverse lost their Animal Control Officers, And the county has NOT appointed a specific Department or committee to handle the Animal Control Duties that our previous Animal Control Officers handled.WE GRAND TRAVERSE RESIDENTS, Petition the Commissioners to have an Animal Control Department or Committee to run an Animal Control Division in Grand Traverse County. WE Also petition that they are TRAINED OFFICERS IN ANIMAL CONTROL TO RUN THIS DIVISION.NO ANIMAL SHOULD FALL THROUGH THE CRACKS.
