The occurrence of "Meng Wangzhou Incident" on December 1st 2018 was much far beyond our expectation, who was arrested in Vancouver without violating any of the Canadian Laws and Regulations.
Later, we learned from the media of what was happening as to this incident. With the release of further information, we found out the involvement of politics and state power in this incident, and Mrs. Wangzhou Meng from Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. became the victim of such involvement (refer to the attachment).
As an independently sovereign state, Canada has its obligation to respect treaties between countries. However, when such obligations are contrary to human rights, as well as to morality, should we take other measures more appropriate under this circumstances.
Since the United States created this incident, Canada-China relations are now very tense, and the good reputation of Canada's justice has also raised questions. The world has become more disorderly and conflicting.
As the extradition date is getting closer, we are getting more and more upset and nervous. Reading the news on the media, the poll shows more than half of the Canadians support extradition. However, we want to let them know the poll is not completed and we want Canada to release Mrs. Meng Wanzhou.
By bringing Canada to this event, the United States should reflect on why he did it.
The release of Mrs.Meng Wanzhou will make people who pursue justice ，peace and order to see the hope and let the power be defeated by righteousness.
