My grandson which will be 10 years old toward the end of the year has been practically raised by his mother and with little or no help from the sperm donor(dad). The mother has bent over backwards and done flips to not tell her son that his dad doesn't have time for him. His dad lies to him. His dad doesn't do anything that the court order says for him to do;(dad)he has not been held accountable to a court Order signed by judge; child custody and child support case in magnolia, columbia county Arkansas! he was to pay $208 biweekly effective November 1,2018! he is approximately $24,000 behind in child support and says he is filing bankruptcy and going to get on disability! Now I have friends that have gotten behind $500 and was arrested and put in jail immediately! He was in the Marines, since has got out of Marines and now in army reserves, but is an Arkansas State
trooper and has worked as a plumbers helper before. He has not been arrested, drivers license have not been suspended, and the mother has had to find jobs to make ends meet; such as a traveling RN (registered nurse) but dad complained that she was an absent no good mother when he wasn't even paying the child support the judge ordered. Why wasn't the court house office that handles child support not pushing that court order into the judges chambers?while mom was out traveling as an RN she was paying a family member to keep her son and the dad kidnapped him from the mother of the childs mother (child maternal grandmother) using his police big talk to intimidate the grandmother! nothing was done about that either-matter of fact he was a dupty of the city of magnolia Arkansas and the city of magnolia, or the county which is Columbia county will help in anyway with anything; the answer is always hire an attorney or get you a lawyer!I'm not sure what needs to be done with the county of Columbia Arkansas or city of Magnolia, Arkansas but for sure something needs to be done about the laws being upheld even to their own law enforcement individuals! how does he feel like he is a law abiding citizen when he arrest men that are behind on child support, knowing they could do a citizen arrest and arrest him for the same offence (back child support) he even cheated on her while she was pregnant with her best friend-how do people sleep at night knowing good and well that he is no better just because no one has big enough balls to stand up to his big rim smokey the bear hat wearing, sperm donating, no child support paying, compulsive lying, outlaw, steroid using state of Arkansas State Trooper from troop G out of Hope, Arkansas! Now correct me if Im wrong that little boy which is almost 10 years old deserves to be supported by his dad which as been proven that its 99.9% his child and not to be lied to by his dad (state trooper)If he lies to a child don't you know he lies to the ones he pulls over for a traffic violation!?!?!?!?!?!????now both parties had their own lawyers when this was taken to court - I want the court order that is filed at court house to be upheld by person(s) in that office circuit clerk or whomever held accountable for allowing certain individuals slip through the cracks for whatever reason to be fired or reprimanded because the office has been emailed and or visited in person yet go talk to your lawyer or call child support enforcement! if it is court Ordered by judge of the county you live in what are the people held accountable for that work in the circuit court clerks office if they have a years supply of self addressed envelopes made out to the primary custidial parent and no money is coming in from that court order? why not tell the non custodial parent by certified letter via USPS and if no response let the judge know to put it on his docket and get or keep the ball rolling for that child, to make sure he/she is being taken care of by what judge has court Ordered? child support enforcement should have known when the court Ordered the child support to be paid; did the circuit court clerk forget to inform the child support enforcement office about the court order? someone dropped the ball and the mother has/is struggling to make a better way for the child and gets treated like she has done something wrong by traveling because its more money for the child and helps mother pay the bills and has a way via Skype or some kind of visual to keep in touch daily with child; just because the dad don't want to help raise the child!omg - sorry ass male specimen if you ask me! its his way or the highway? but he don't help in anyway! maternal grandma/step grandpa made darn sure the child has never been without.....and dad throws up that grandparents don't have any rights in Arkansas!
