Mike Zadrozny Is accused of beating his neighbors three-year-old German Shepherd Otto to death. The police are investigating but no charges have been brought . There have been altercations in the past between the neighbors but this is despicable . This man owns a local bar and Grill in belle Vernon Pennsylvania and many communities are boycotting his business however this man needs charges brought against him help bring justice for Otto.
