PHILADELPHIA POLICE CAPTAIN LAVERNE VANN SHE WAS ATTACKED BY HER BOSS CHIEF INSPECTOR ANTHONY BOYLE WHY IS HE NOT ARRESTED AND IN JAIL???
On October 3, 2018 Wednesday night during a drug round up bust job at the 3600 block of I Street in North Philly in side the warehouse at that location.
Is where the incident happened Captain Vann was doing her job as a Law Enforcement officer and arresting a female suspect. Allegedly the suspect gave police information about a homicide.
Captain Vann stated to the female you will still have to go through the process and if you're information is good the District Attorney office will drop all charges for your cooperation.
It was at that point Captain Vann started to lock the woman up all hell broke loose between her and her Boss Chief Inspector Anthony Boyle right in front of the prisoners and cops under her Command during the drug bust.
Inspector Boyle acted as if he was some crazy lunatic and stated to Captain Vann "No" you're not going to lock her up Captain Vann tired to explain to her Boss this is not departmental policy or protocol and we must follow the rules.
And all of a sudden while Captain Vann back was turned Her Boss Chief Inspector Boyle grabbed both her wrist as if she was a suspect being arrested with such force and anger twisting both her arms behind her back.
So hard to the point she literally screamed out in pain stop it you are hurting me but that did not stopped the Inspector he continued twisting her wrist and pulling it in a dowel motion behind her back so hard that he Forster down on the ground on her knees.
Then release as Captain Vann Play there on the floor in excruciating pain. Thank good other cops there intervene only god know what he would have done next to Captain Vann.
Captain Vann was transported to temple Hospital in Philadelphia for treatment of her injuries and her Boss nothing.
He should have been arrested on the scene for aggravated assault on a female police officer. What makes this story even more sicker and outrageous is Captain Vann has an open Lawsuit against her Boss Chief Inspector Boyle for discrimination and corruption.
But the biggest question that remains here is why was Chief Inspector Anthony Boyle not Arrested or change that night after. all he attacked Captain Vann like a wild psychotic animal for no reason.
She is now physically and mentally traumatized by this incident to the point she is now home IOD under physical pain as well as psychological distress.
