Volunteers to Replant Central Park

Signers volunteer 4 hours of service to repair Central Park grass, if NYC issues permits for demonstrations in Central Park during or before the 2004 Republican National Convention.

In the interest of protecting both free speech and quality public space for all New Yorkers:

We, the undersigned, hereby pledge to volunteer four (4) hours of service per person, under the direction of the NYC Parks Department, to repair any damage caused to Central Park resulting from permitted demonstrations in the Park during or related to the 2004 Republican National Convention.
