That they respect the privacy of the tenant, if they live in apartments. Do not enter when the apartment is alone. Just make it an emergency

On 2 occasions they broke into my apartment to steal, and they were the maintenance guys. I was not the only one who lost valuable items and the owners did nothing but run the workers.
