Save The Rights of Artist and Property Owners to be Free to Express Themselves In The City of Lithonia!

Help keep murals as works of art and not signage! The Mayor and the City Council of Lithonia is trying to write in the ordinance that a mural is a sign. The City Council and the Mayor wants to regulate the freedom of thre artist and property owners right to paint and beautify our walls.
