Human right in Bolivia - Javier Libre

To ask the freedom for Javier Villanueva de Martino, now in jail in Santa Cruz - Bolivia withouth tests. Javier was torturated like in the documents of the doctors and the certification of the Defensoria del Pueblo. It is no reasons to keep Javier in jail like documents tell.
