We have one of the largest homeless camps in Spokane WA that has several homeless animals living there. A huge Parvo break out just happened , because they cannot afford to take care of thier animals. They do not license thier pets & the local shelter does not go after them like they do people who are not homeless. Our local shelter needs to tighten down on the homeless pets make them show they can care for them with shelter, food, water, license, microchip , and vet care when they need it. Animals do not have a voice nor do they have a choice to be homeless.
